Monday, November 13th ~ Last day to pay before penalties are added (No postmarks) Payments are processed the date received.

Tuesday, November 14th

1. Tax Sale List is generated and Penalties are added
2. AC Website Online payment feature is disabled for ALL 2023 balances
3. Guaranteed Funds are required (NO PERSONAL, BUSINESS OR ONLINE CHECKS ISSUED BY BANK WILL BE ACCEPTED)

Tuesday, December 5th ~ Second Advertisement in Press of Atlantic City
 
Friday, December 15th ~ ALL 2023 Delinquencies MUST be paid on or before 12/15/2023 to avoid Tax Lien Sale
 
Monday, December 18th ~ Tax Lien Sale- NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED
