The Atlantic City Cannabis Commission was created in 2021, under the leadership of Mayor Marty Small, Sr. to position Atlantic City as the #1 cannabis destination on the East Coast through engagement with the Atlantic City community to better understand the cannabis industry and New Jersey’s cannabis legislation, education on the various licenses available, and promotion of the endless entertainment options that can only be found in Atlantic City.
