The Purchasing Department was originally authorized on February 24, 2021 by Resolution #129 to utilize the competitive contracting.
On May 25, 2021 the City advertised for the above project.
One (1) Proposal was received at 11 :00AM on Tuesday, June 25, 2021 (Non-responsive)
On July 1, 2021 the City re-advertised.

Ernest Trans School of Trucking LLC
The following is a summary for the only response received.
Ernest Trans School of Trucking LLC has the capabilities to provide a Truck Driving School and for the use of Bader Field and will pay a monthly fee and revenue sharing percentage to the City of Atlantic City.
The monthly fee is $1,040.00 and the City Revenue Sharing Percentage is 3%.
The proposal was evaluated in accordance with the methodology as set forth in the request for proposals.
In Summary
Ernest Trans School of Trucking LLC has demonstrated in their proposal that they intend to meet all specifications required for the use of Bader Field for the Truck Driving School.
Therefore, it is recommended that a contract for the Use of Bader Field for Truck Driving School be awarded to Ernest Trans School of Trucking based upon their proposal submitted (monthly fee, revenue sharing).
