Food Distribution for Atlantic City Residents and Casino Workers Continues
Posted May 18, 2021A public private partnership between State and local governments, the casino industry, and union representatives, which includes Local 54 providing boots-onthe-ground coordination with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and the AFL-CIO NJ providing both financial and volunteer support, provides emergency food distributions to unemployed Hospitality Industry workers and Atlantic City residents.
The CRDA, together with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, the City of Atlantic City, AFL-CIO, Local 54 and other private donors have provided funding to offer food services for Atlantic City residents and casino workers. This funding allows for continued food distributions to take place at Bader Field.
Thursday, May 20, 2021 beginning at 10 AM
Bader Field – distribution will be drive-up only and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
