The City of Atlantic City has issued a Code Blue in effect now through Sunday February 5, 2023 at 9:00am.

 

The Code Blue is being issued due to the National Weather Service forecast that the temperature will drop below 32 degrees during this period.

The Atlantic City Rescue Mission will open its doors to all who need shelter and food.

 

The Atlantic City Police Department, as available, will provide transportation to the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.

 

During weather as we are forecasted to experience into Sunday, hypothermia can be deadly in a relatively short period. The Atlantic City Office of Emergency Management urges everyone to check on the elderly and bring pets in from the elements.
