For five decades, Spanky and Son Subs and Deli has been a beloved fixture in Atlantic City’s Chelsea Heights neighborhood, and the City recently celebrated Brian “Spanky” Lowe and Carmen Lowe for reaching the remarkable milestone.

Founded in 1976, the family-owned business has remained a trusted neighborhood gathering place through decades of change. Over those years, Spanky’s has built lasting relationships with generations of customers by offering dependable service, quality food and genuine care for the community.

Joined by members of City Council and other local leaders, Mayor Marty Small, Sr. recognized the Lowe family’s five decades of service by proclaiming “Spanky’s Day” in the Great City of Atlantic City.
