Residents and visitors gathered to watch Team USA’s first game of the World Cup during the Atlantic City Soccer Celebration, a free family-friendly event hosted by the City of Atlantic City's Multicultural Services Office.

Held outside Showboat Resort, the event drew a large crowd eager to celebrate the world's most popular sport while enjoying an evening of entertainment and activities. The centerpiece of the celebration was a World Cup watch party featuring Team USA's matchup against Paraguay on a giant screen, creating an exciting atmosphere as fans cheered on together.

The event highlighted the unifying power of soccer and reflected Atlantic City's diverse and multicultural community. Special recognition goes out to Visit Atlantic City, North to Shore, and the Atlantic City Sports Commission for their support in helping bring the celebration to life.
