TAKE NOTICE that a representative of the Atlantic City Police Department will expose for SALE at PUBLIC AUCTION in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:14-57 and 39:10A-1 on May 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Police Impound Lot, 1100 North Albany Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey, the below-described MOTOR VEHICLES, which came into possession of the Atlantic City Police through the abandonment or failure of owners to claim same. The sale is to be on each individual vehicle, which will be sold As Is and may be removed by the successful bidder(s) between 9 and 5 o'clock on the day of the sale and the following day must be removed by 5:00 o'clock. Payment must be made in full at the time of the sale. The vehicles may be examined at the aforementioned location on the day of the sale one hour prior to the auction commencing at 9:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026. Any and all vehicles are subject to be withdrawn without notice. Minimum Bid $200.00
