Notice of CDBG Program FY 2025 Annual Action Plan - Amendment No. 1
Posted October 23, 2025The purpose of this notice is to present Substantial Amendment No. 1 to the 2025 Annual Action Plan for the use of $376,484.00 in CDBG Grant funds.
Under CDBG/HOME program regulations, the City is allowed to make substantial amendments to its Annual Action Plan and Budget in accordance with the City’s Citizen Participation Plan which was revised in April 2020.
Atlantic City has determined that it is necessary to amend the approved CDBG program activities for the previously approved program year FY 2025. This is considered a substantial amendment per the City’s Citizen Participation Plan as the following applies: a) Adding or dropping an activity.
