The spirit of hope and celebration filled the room as the Atlantic City Reentry Services division hosted a Reunification Dinner at the Claridge Hotel honoring participants in their programs who have turned their lives around through dedication, training, and community support.
The event recognized individuals who successfully completed specialized job training in fields such as casino gaming, electrician work, and phlebotomy—learning skills that helped each honoree secure steady employment and begin building brighter futures for themselves and their loved ones. Their stories served as a powerful reminder that second chances can lead to lasting success. The event also shined a spotlight on the program’s youngest participants. Local youth who completed the Kings and Queens Mentoring Program were celebrated for their commitment to personal growth, leadership, and making positive choices.
Dinner guests included Mayor Marty Small, Sr. as well as the honorees and their families. The Reunification Dinner was organized by Kamau Johnson, Michele Griffin Takima Toulson, Ashley Ingram and Brandan Hargrose with the Reentry Services division. Atlantic City Reentry Services continues to help individuals transition successfully into the workforce while keeping families united and strong.
