With strong winds and dangerous surf conditions expected this week along our beaches, the Atlantic City Beach Patrol says bathing restrictions are currently in place and will likely remain in place throughout the week. This means if beachgoers enter the water they should not go in past their ankles. Boogie boards will also be prohibited during this time.

The ACBP warns beachgoers to always listen to the lifeguards and never swim when a lifeguard is not on duty. Guarded beach hours are 10 AM to 6 PM daily.
