The City of Atlantic City is proud to announce the launch of its Small Business Grant Program, funded by $133,000 from the Community Development Block Grant CARES (CDBG-CV3) Program. This initiative aims to provide critical working capital to small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Program Highlights:

• Grant Amount: Up to $10,000 per eligible business.
• Eligibility: Small businesses in Atlantic City, including retail, restaurants, entertainment, and nonprofessional services with no more than 10 employees as of December 31, 2019.
• Use of Funds: Working capital expenses such as payroll, rent/mortgage, utilities, and advertising.

Applicants must meet the CDBG National Objective of benefiting low- and moderate-income individuals. Businesses must retain or rehire at least one permanent job to qualify.
