Atlantic City’s One Neighborhood Evolution Anti-Violence team is involved with two Back to School events in Atlantic City, both at Oscar McClinton Park (201 N. New Hampshire Avenue) ahead of the start of classes.

 

One August 23rd from 2:00-6:00 PM, One Neighborhood Evolution and Masjid Baitul Nasr holding a Back 2 School Bookbag Giveaway where they will be giving away book bags and school supplies to children in grades K-12. The event will also feature information on services and resources, plus free food and entertainment!

 

Then on September 1st from 12:00-6:00 PM it’s the Back 2 School Summer Jam, a partnership with Atlantic City Reentry services and other organizations, where school supplies again will be given away. Students attending will also enjoy free raffles, haircuts, face painting and other activity!
