In a joint promotional ceremony in the Mayor’s Conference Room at City Hall between the Atlantic City Police Department and Atlantic City Fire Department, the following individuals took the Oath of Office for their new positions, administered by Mayor Marty Small, Sr.:

Robert Dodson: Promoted to ACPD Police Captain (far right in photo)

Frank Phillips: Promoted to ACFD Battalion Chief (middle in photo)

Anthony Vicchiarelli: Promoted to ACFD Fire Captain (far left in photo)
