Public Works Kicks Off 2024 Clean Communities Initiative on June 3rd

The City of Atlantic City Department of Public Works will officially kick off the third Summer of its Project Clean Communities initiative on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 with a cleanup event at Pete Pallitto Field (Sovereign and Fairmount Avenues) beginning at 10 AM.

The entire community is welcome to join Mayor Marty Small, Sr., city leaders, students at Sovereign Avenue School and the Public Works team for the kick off.

Project Clean Communities is an effort to encourage Atlantic City residents to take pride in their neighborhoods by keeping their communities clean. During Monday’s event, the city will announce new efforts to get additional resident participation this year, as well as the full details of the initiative in 2024.
