The Atlantic City Police Department announces the promotion of five police Lieutenants to the rank of Captain of Police.

On March 20, 2024, a promotion ceremony was held at the Atlantic County Office Building. Mayor Marty Small, Sr administered the oath of office.

The new Captains will be assigned to various command level positions within the police department.

Promoted to Captain of Police:

Donnell Holland
Kevin Fair
Henry White III
