City of Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, Sr. invited the cast of MTV’s hit television show Jersey Shore: Family Vacation to the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk Friday morning, where he declared this “Jersey Shore Day” in Atlantic City.

All members of the cast were present as Mayor Small read them a proclamation, then handed out framed copies for each cast member to keep. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City also presented the cast with a signature guitar in the colors of the flag of Italy.

Fans of the show showed up to cheer their favorite cast members on as the cameras were rolling.
