Building Maintenance Division has responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of city owned buildings and surrounding grounds (inclusive of Boardwalk comfort stations), elevators, etc; also some functions of charitable organizations come under our auspices in that we provide and maintain a facility for their use.

The department’s mission and responsibilities include:

• Upkeep of various City owned buildings
• Trash removal
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Waxing floors
• Recycling
• Cleaning of bathrooms
• Various other duties as needed
